Sail Rock Full Day Trip ala Tech

Technical divers spend a day on the ocean exploring the best dive sites in Thailand

Big Blue Tech headed out on a full day trip recently with Tech Crew Ash Dunn and TDI Trimix Diver Nick Amidy.

Nick has been hanging around Big Blue for a few weeks now assisting on a SSI Instructor Course in practice for his SSI Instructor Trainer course in the future. However being a technical diver he couldn’t resist the temptation anymore to throw on the tech gear and spend a day doing some deco.

Although its been over 6 months in technical gear, Ash Dunn conducted a refresher the day before going over some of the basics that might of been rusty.

The full day trip visits Sail Rock and Southwest Pinnacle over 3 dives for the duration of the day. Food and drink were provided throughout the trip. As a special treat we even arranged for some cake as it was Nick’s Birthday as well!
